Welcome to WHITESURE ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WHITESURE website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Product Use and Disclaimers (Crucial for Skincare)
A. Natural Variation
Due to the natural ingredients used by WHITESURE, minor variations in color, scent, or texture between product batches may occur. This does not affect the product's quality or efficacy.

The customer is solely responsible for performing a patch test before using any product and for ensuring the ingredients are suitable for their personal use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. WHITESURE is not liable for any adverse reactions or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
A. Order Acceptance
All orders placed on the Site are subject to our acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock limitations, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud).
B. Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the final price for that transaction.
C. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site (e.g., Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit card via secured gateway). Payment must be completed in full before dispatch, unless a COD option is selected.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
A. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are detailed in our separate Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or events beyond our control.
B. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you upon the product's handover to the shipping carrier or delivery to your provided address.

We are not offering a refund policy currently
6. Intellectual Property (IP)
All content on the WHITESURE website, including our logo, name, text, graphics, and product photos, is our exclusive property and is protected by Pakistani copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any Content without our express written permission.
